So the end is here as i break up with you && move onto 2012. As crazy as our relationship has been, you have been the most helpful year I’ve ever dated. You helped bring out the strength in me, the strength i never knew i had. You helped give me the strength to understand that my family are only human, && humans makes mistakes. You helped me learn to forgive, even though i will never forget. You helped give me the strength to leave an abusive relationship. You helped me realize who my real friends are. You helped give me the strength to live on my own. You helped me cope with the loneliness during the holidays.. the cold days.. everyday.
i honestly never knew how strong i really can me. it’s so hard to see the strength in yourself when it feels like you’re just breaking down && the only person who can truly pick you back up is yourself. The only person who can really help you.. is you. If you want to change something about your life, YOU have to change it.
sigh* sometimes i still feel very weak. And sometimes i let it phase me. But everyday is a new day, a new adventure, a new opportunity. Seize it i shall do.
